Top-of-table Rāhui 1 carry on hot form

Rāhui 1 maintained their place at the top of the table with a win over College Old Girls A1.

Rāhui, who beat College 59-48 at the Arena on Tuesday night, are just in front of Massey A1 on goal difference of just one goal. They are six points ahead of the other sides.

Massey A1 had to fight to keep their unbeaten record intact in their 70-65 win over third-placed

Manukura Red. Manukura earn a bonus point from the close loss. Feilding A1 are still without a win in the second round, but put in a competitive performance in a 59-51 loss to fourth-placed losstofourth-placed Manukura Black.

In the premier reserve competition, top sidesMassey A2 and Feilding A2 battled out a 50-all draw, Feilding Reserves thrashes College Old Girls A2 63-28 and Massey Old Girls had a huge 87-25 win over Rāhui 2.
