Springlands Pharmacy has been an integral part of the Springlands community for over 18 years.

Their staff provides worldleading customer service with combined expertise in the pharmaceuticals, retail and NZ Postal services.

New Zealand owned and operated, Springlands Pharmacy is made up of four parts: dispensary, rest home and community medicine packaging, retail and NZ Post.

Prescriptions are offered free of charge for all customers 13 years and under and a vaccination clinic is available on-site.

This was opened so that more people in the community could access Covid-19, Flu and MMR (measles) vaccinations.

Our vaccinator goes off-site to businesses to vaccinate their staff.

By providing this important service Springlands Pharmacy has become a destination for vaccinations within the community, says Business Manager, Jolene Neal.

Springlands Pharmacy also provides specialised rest home and community medicine packaging.

They have a dedicated team of a pharmacist and three technicians who package medicines by day and dose into an easy tear pill sachet.

‘‘We are happy to work with your doctor and request a prescription on your behalf,’’ Jolene says.

‘‘We have employed a delivery person since the pandemic to deliver medicines to our customers at home who are at risk or sick.’’

Aside from dispensing medicines, our dispensary team offers a wide range of services to keep you and your family well.

They are joined by the pharmacy retail team – a vital part of Springlands Pharmacy.

The team of nine cover the seven days the pharmacy is open, helping to care for customers, whether it’s advice on a health issue that is worrying them, supplying a key medicine they need or finding that special gift for a loved one, says Jolene.

‘‘We have a trained skincare and make-up specialist with her NZ Certificate in Make-up and Skincare Level 3 and a qualified beauty therapist who walks the floor to offer expert skincare advice.’’

Springlands Pharmacy have a NZ Post team with over 55 years accumulated experience between them.

They offer expert knowledge to help you get your parcel to your destination in New Zealand or overseas.

Bills can also be paid at the NZ Post counter.
