Top tips for a great day

To make the most of Marlborough’s best day out, bus transport to and from the festival is encouraged and your purchases are sorted with the cashless Wayver festival bank system.

You will receive a Wayver wristband when you scan your ticket into the festival. A smart chip inside the wristband holds your money, and you top-up your wristband with cash or card at the onsite festival banks. When it’s time to make a purchase you just scan your wristband. Easy!

Bus transport is a good to get there and back, with departures every 20-30 minutes from 10am until 1pm. Buses from the festival commence at 2pm, with the last bus scheduled for 6.30pm. Return tickets to the festival can only be purchased before the event from the festival website. To get you home safely, one-way tickets from the festival will be available for purchase.
