Warriors stop Suns at 18 as Curry fires

Stephen Curry hit 23 points and Andrew Wiggins and Gary Payton II both grabbed 19, as the Golden State Warriors ended the Phoenix Suns’ 18-game winning streak with a 118-96 victory in the NBA yesterday. Deandre Ayton had 23 for the Suns, but Chris Paul was held to 12. Meanwhile, Luke Kennard scored 17 of his 19 in the second half and hit two clutch 3-pointers in the final minutes, sending the Los Angeles Clippers to a 119-115 win over the LA Lakers. LeBron James had 23 for the Lakers.
