Andrea Vance’s column last week referred to Foodstuffs North Island replacing Sealord product with Alaskan Pollock. Foodstuffs North Island says the predominant species will be hoki, but may be replaced with Alaskan Pollock in rare situations.
Boring oat milk does not send its oats to Sweden for processing, as written last week in ‘‘Going with the Grain’’. Otis and All Good had to transport most of their oats overseas for processing. Boring processes its milk in the Hawke’s Bay.
