The organisation was formed in 2014 and since that time has built a significant membership - with more to come.

The Executive Director is the leader of this small but vital team, working closely with a range of members to partner and collaborate for best outcomes for their organisations. With an ambition to lift the sector through driving up standards through a range of mechanisms, this role provides a real opportunity to lead the business, people, and membership through transformational leadership.

We're interested in hearing from candidates with impressive experience in:

• Contemporary people engagement and leadership

• The functional leadership of a business, including reporting through to a board

• Working with funding and contract management mechanisms

• Strong and existing relevant networks and relationships across business and government

• Strong relationship skills and collaborating to achieve outcomes.
