I was admitted five times to Wellington Hospital between August and December last year.

A number of procedures were carried out to determine what the health issues were.

I spent time in the Emergency Department, wards Seven South and Seven North, the gastro ward, and had x-rays, blood tests, C T and M R I scans, culminating in surgery to remove my gallbladder.

During these times, I was just so impressed with the professionalism, care and support from all staff

I could not fault any activities provided to me by these very dedicated people.

I am now on the way to a complete recovery, ready to enjoy life.

Well done to a very special group of health providers.
