Ardern meeting

I think it’s just as well that superstar Jacinda Ardern is meeting up with Joe Biden.

Based on whose face I see in the media with greater regularity, I’d have sworn Donald Trump was President of the United States.

Then again, I’ve long held that Trump is a figure some people just love to dislike.

Ardern’s flagging popularity back home might just receive a bump also. Whether that translates to increased support for her party, well, who knows. It didn’t usually pre-Covid. But who can remember back that far?
