Speed dwindling

On seeing the front page of yesterday’s Press, I now understand what the NZ Transport Authority’s initiative ‘Road to Zero’ means.

It reflects their intention to bring speed limits down to zero.

After extensive research, the boffins have determined that two stationary objects will never collide.
