Andrew Ellis will be competing in his second tour this year, the first being in 2004. He hopes the years of experience gained in between will help him complete the tour this time around, after having to pull out last time. When not riding his bike, he works in the bike trade, having done so ever since he started sweeping floors in a Dunedin bike shop when he was 13. Ollie Grave brings some additional firepower to the team, with a top ten finish on a stage of the New Zealand Cycling Classic to his name this year, as well as some European racing. Dylan Cumming is in his final year at school, and looking to make the transition from racing the Junior Tour of Southland in 2020 to racing the senior Tour of Southland this year. As reigning WCNI U19 time trial champion, he should be well equipped to help the team on the road, and has also gained valuable experience racing in the Trust House team series and the Dynamo team series. Finnegan Murphy is another rider balancing studies and racing, currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury. Max Meffan comes from a background in cross country mountain biking, but has quickly made himself at home on the roads, taking out the Thomson Memorial Handicap in Otago last year in one of his early outings. Sam Medlicott is also balancing studies and riding, and has a strong pedigree in the time trial, taking a top ten finish in the time trial stage of the New Zealand Cycle Classic earlier this year.
