From humble beginnings

of making cheese, several other dairy products are now made at Edendale

From horse and cart,

to tanker and trailer. Edendale now has a fleet of 65 tankers.

Edendale processes up to 15 million litres of farmers’ milk per day during peak of the season. 14 million bags of milk powder are exported each year from Edendale – when laid in a single line they would reach from Invercargill to Dubai

Operational Edendale has a total of 13 plants

Edendale exports dairy products to 70 markets all over the world
