Online banking sessions

As banks reduce hours, and others close, many customers need help transitioning to online banking. The Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa (DIAA) has partnered with Kiwibank to develop some online Stepping UP training modules for digital banking. Matamata will be the first town to undergo the module, which will help people understand digital banking as well as how to recognise and avoid scams. It is open to anyone and training is free. The onehour online sessions will be held at 10am and 1pm, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, during the week of January 24.
