Riffing on Raf

Reading about what is happening to our council has been a depressing saga of late. Yesterday’s front page brought some hope that things could improve with the news that Raf Manji would consider applying to be chief executive.

We met Raf during his election campaign and consider having him at the helm, with his ability and commitment to Christchurch, would definitely give us reason to hope that the news for Christchurch would get a whole lot better.
