King Andrew

Charles as the next head of the Commonwealth (Say no to King Charles, Jan 14)? Wonderful. A man with a sense of humour, a man who cares about our planet. Not a bad choice, eh?

It is not New Zealand’s decision as the natural ascension to the throne is archaic and we abide by the rules.

If the rules of old had applied, a female would not ascend and without Charles having descendants we could have been looking at Andrew as the next king.

How would people like that?
